After receiving your order confirmation email your order will be shipped within 1 working day of your completion date for new builds and 2 working days of your order date for used or refurbished systems or accessories excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped which will contain tracking information for the courier chosen.
Unfortunately, we offer no guarantee on processing and shipping times when circumstances are outside our control, such as high order volume, shipping service disruptions, weather-related delays, or other "acts of God."

Costs
ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT AND ARE FULLY TRACKED AND INSURED. WE USE VARIOUS COURIERS SUCH AS YODEL, DPD AND ROYAL MAIL. 

International Shipping
We do not offer any shipping out of the UK. We do not ship to forwarding services. Any orders placed to ship to a forwarding service will be cancelled and the order will be refunded minus costs. 

How do I check the shipping status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 1 working day for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us: leap-tech@outlook.com or via Whatsapp 07774 697 107 and we will investigate and locate your order.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns when requested up to 30 days after delivery, the order must be in its original condition, and we will refund the order within 14 days of the confirmed receipt of the return. If we receive the order back in a condition that isn't consistent with how we shipped the item due to customer misuse or improper packaging for the return, we may have to deduct repair costs from the return amount.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we receive your message we will reach out to obtain more information and pictures of the damage, as well as pictures of the packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

3D PRINTING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Unacceptable orders, cancellation of orders by us
There may be technical or other reasons why we cannot accept or must cancel your order during the entire ordering process, even after our acceptance of your order. (Such reasons can be for example but not limited to the unfeasibility of the model, the features of your model, the destination of the delivery you indicated in your order etc). In case we cancel your order LEAPTECHONLINE will contact you via email.

Any functioning weapon or parts from weapons will not be printed. Any parts for weapons concealed or disguised as other parts in an attempt to bypass this rule will remain the responsibility of the person(s) who upload the files and they will be held liable for any legal actions as a result of the printing.

Prices
The prices displayed are based on pricing scheme of the Turnaround time you choose and are valid only for the moment that they are displayed. LEAPTECHONLINE reserves the right to change its prices without prior notice. Such changes, however, will have no effect on orders completed before the posting of a new price. We do our best to prevent errors in the pricing. However, should an error occur, we are not bound by our offer and may cancel the order.

Payment and price
Payment must be made in full prior to printing. Lead times for the printing process start on completion of payment and not from the time of the upload. The cut-off for Express orders is any payment made before 3 pm on weekdays. The lead time for Orders paid after 3 pm will start from the next working day.

Payment should be made through an invoice emailed out and should be paid by the methods offered in the invoice.
In extreme cases, payments can be made by BACS, but are likely to take up to 10 days longer to process as this is a process outside of our normal operating system and has to be manually inputted into the build queues once payments have cleared. This method is not advised.

Acceptance
After sending your order, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address with which you supplied with the upload. The order confirmation will be effective as of the date on which the order confirmation is sent to you. If we cannot accept your order, we will contact you by email. You should verify the details in the confirmation email. If there are errors you should contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to leap-tech@outlook.com

Amendments to Order including Adding files/Changing files
After the acceptance and payment of the order, there can be no changes to the files or processes, excluding the addition or removal of post-processing services. Any changes must be paid for before the change comes into effect.

Lead Times
Lead times are only estimates and NOT IN ANY WAY guaranteed. Infrequent and unpredictable factors like machine failure, power cuts and acts of God may cause orders to be delayed by a number of days.

Shipping
Your order will be delivered to your shipping address. We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses, and no refunds are given if incorrect shipping addresses are given.

All packages are sent out in a protected box and by recorded delivery. In the event that packages are returned to us, we will resend them out, though this may incur additional charges.

In case of doubt, check the delivery address on any of the update notification emails you have been sent. We are not liable for any damage or cost caused by delay in shipping or delivery.

Change of shipping address is permitted, however, your model will be placed at the back of the queue for printing and lead times will recommence from the date of the address change unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation of your order, return of models
Due to the nature of our Services, you cannot cancel your order after it goes into production. Orders that contain non-refundable items are still cancellable, however, note that refund or cancellation will not apply to items in the order that are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for your design should it not work or not fit the designed purpose unless what we provide is substantially dimensionally different to what has been supplied to us in STL format.

Minimum Guaranteed Thickness
Parts are guaranteed with a minimum wall thickness of 1 mm. We will print things thinner than 1 mm, but it is at your own risk. If these break in our hands, your hands, during delivery, or lost during the cleaning process, it will not be covered or reprinted for free. Although we do our best to check over every single model for printing, sometimes thinner parts can be missed, LEAPTECHONLINE is not held responsible if the parts are missed and printed anyway which results in a failed or broken part.

Use of 3rd Party Companies
In certain circumstances, it may be necessary for LEAPTECHONLINE to use a 3rd party company to complete orders or certain aspects of a job. e.g. finishing work. LEAPTECHONLINE cannot be held responsible if there are any problems or longer lead times caused by using this 3rd party. Although we strive to complete jobs within the lead times stated, we can not always guarantee these.

Delays to Order
In some very rare circumstances there may be a delay to your order, in these circumstances there may be a variety of reasons which include, but are not limited to; failure of Quality Control due to discoloration or damage, machine failure, power cuts and ‘Acts of God’. If one or more of these issues do arise, we will re-print the affected files, but this may cause a delay to the order while we await the reprints. As these problems are always unforeseen, LEAPTECHONLINE accepts no responsibility for missed deadlines and is under no obligation to offer a refund or any form of compensation.

Part Accuracy
Although Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printing is generally considered to be one of the higher quality and most accurate forms of 3D printing processes, LEAPTECHONLINE does not guarantee any part to any degree of accuracy, this is because some parts can suffer from uncontrollable shrinkage due to their geometry which LEAPTECHONLINE cannot always consult on before the printing commences. However, most parts are within +/- 0.3 mm’s of the original dimensions, or 0.3% of the dimension, whichever is greater. No reprints will be offered if a part falls within the stated tolerances. If a part does fall outside of these tolerances, it is at the discretion of LEAPTECHONLINE as to whether the part will be reprinted.
Anything that is under our 1 mm guaranteed thickness is not covered at all to any level of accuracy.

Order Refunding or Reprinting
In the rare cases that orders must be reprinted or orders are to be refunded due to issues with the printed parts, all received items must be shipped back to LEAPTECHONLINE, costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer returning the package.

LEAPTECHONLINE will not begin the reprinting or refund the order until the package has been received and assessed for damage or any other anomalies. For this reason, LEAPTECHONLINE recommends that orders are returned only via a tracked and recorded delivery service so that both parties have a record of the order being returned.

If LEAPTECHONLINE believes that the parts originally supplied conform to our Terms and Conditions and were agreed upon in the order Disclaimer, LEAPTECHONLINE will declare the order fit for purpose and will provide an explanation on the reasons why. No refund or reprint will be organized in this instance. Redelivery of the order is the responsibility of the client.

Any refunds or reprints that are agreed upon will complete within 10 working days unless otherwise stated, refunds or reprints are normally completed as quickly as possible.

Issues with Order/Complaints
Any issues that arise from any order that is placed with LEAPTECHONLINE, must be made within 30 days of the order being received as per the tracking number provided at the time of dispatch. Failing to do so will waive all rights to any reprints or refunds. LEAPTECHONLINE advises that you check all parts of your order when they arrive for any faults or issues regarding its service.

Client Responsibility for Data Backup

Clients are strongly advised to back up all important data, documents, photos, and files prior to any service being carried out.

Leap Tech does not accept liability for data loss resulting from hardware failure, corruption, or unforeseen repair complications.

In cases of data recovery or system rebuilds, we will take reasonable steps to protect or restore your data when requested, but no guarantees can be made.

Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Any personal data you provide will be handled confidentially and only used for the purposes of completing the work and maintaining client records.

We do not access, browse, or retain personal files such as documents, emails, photos, or videos unless explicitly requested by the client to do so (e.g. for backup or recovery).

Devices may be stored securely for diagnosis and repair, but are only accessed by trained technicians.

Illegal Content & Reporting

If during the course of our work we encounter content that is clearly illegal (e.g. abusive images, pirated material, evidence of fraud), this will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately in line with legal obligations.

Devices may be confiscated by law enforcement in such cases and Leap Tech will fully cooperate with any investigation.

Data Erasure

Upon request, we can securely wipe drives or devices to ensure personal information is permanently deleted.

We do not retain client files or credentials once a job is completed unless expressly agreed.

Your Consent

By submitting your device for inspection, repair, or upgrade, you accept the terms of this policy. If you have specific data or privacy concerns, please raise them with us before work begins so we can accommodate them where possible.

Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty Coverage

Leap Tech provides the following warranties on products and services:

  • New Parts Supplied – Covered by a 12-month warranty (manufacturer-backed) from the date of installation or purchase.

  • Used / Refurbished Parts – Covered by a 3-month limited warranty only, due to the nature of second-hand components.

  • Labour / Services – Workmanship is covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of job completion.

What Our Warranty Covers

  • Faults due to defective parts or workmanship during the applicable warranty period.

  • Reasonable support and replacement/repair at our discretion.

  • Collection or return where practical (at customer’s cost unless otherwise agreed).

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Accidental damage (e.g., drops, water, electrical surges).

  • Software issues, viruses or corruption unless specifically covered in the job.

  • Customer-supplied parts or tampering after service.

  • External faults (e.g., broadband or power supply issues).

  • Data loss of any kind (see our Client Data Policy).

Manufacturer Warranties

Where applicable, items may be covered by a manufacturer’s direct warranty. Leap Tech can assist with claims but is not responsible for their process or terms.

Proof of Purchase

Please retain your invoice or service receipt as proof of purchase. This will be required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Repairs & Replacements

  • If a fault occurs under warranty, please contact us immediately.

  • We will assess the issue and, if eligible, repair or replace the item at no extra charge.

  • Used parts will be replaced with a like-for-like component based on availability.

Misuse or Breach

Warranty is void if the item is damaged through misuse, unauthorised repairs, or intentional damage.

Payment Terms Policy

Please note:

  • We do not accept cheques under any circumstances.

  • We do not offer payment plans, instalments, or credit terms.

  • All pricing is inclusive of VAT (if applicable) and complies with UK consumer pricing regulations.

Payment Timing

  • Full payment is required before any serviced items, repairs, or products are returned or delivered to the customer.

  • For on-site jobs, payment must be made upon completion of the work.

  • For remote services, payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Non-Payment & Item Collection

  • Any items left unpaid for more than 30 days may be considered abandoned, and Leap Tech reserves the right to dispose of or recycle such items in accordance with UK law.

  • We reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee for items held beyond this period.

Transparent Pricing & Charges

  • All prices are clearly listed on your invoice or quote prior to any work being carried out.

  • We do not charge hidden fees or unexpected surcharges.

  • Any changes to pricing will be discussed and agreed with the customer in advance.
